About the founder 

About the Founder: Aphrodite Jordanou

Aphrodite Jordanou is the founder of Voices 2 Be Heard CIC, a Community Interest Organisation established in February 2024. Experience and Passion with a career spanning over 25 years in social housing and government sectors, Aphrodite has dedicated her life to supporting communities and fostering opportunities for growth and empowerment.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Youth Projects: Led impactful initiatives for Housing Associations (2008) and the Church of England at St. Francis Assisi Church (2011).

  • Workshop Leadership: Successfully project-managed six community workshops, focusing on skill development and community engagement.

Vision

Aphrodite's passion for humanity and her commitment to creating inclusive spaces for personal and creative growth continue to inspire the mission of Voices 2 Be Heard CIC. Under her leadership, the organization strives to amplify voices and unlock potential within diverse communities.
