About the founder
About the Founder: Aphrodite Jordanou
Aphrodite Jordanou is the founder of Voices 2 Be Heard CIC, a Community Interest Organisation established in February 2024. Experience and Passion with a career spanning over 25 years in social housing and government sectors, Aphrodite has dedicated her life to supporting communities and fostering opportunities for growth and empowerment.
Key Accomplishments:

Youth Projects: Led impactful initiatives for Housing Associations (2008) and the Church of England at St. Francis Assisi Church (2011).

Workshop Leadership: Successfully project-managed six community workshops, focusing on skill development and community engagement.
